At Mom’s Cafe, we believe great food should feel like home. Founded by owner Gilbert Romero III and Rossana Khalifa, Mom’s Cafe brings the warmth and comfort of a home-cooked meal to the heart of Allen, Texas. With roots in Carrollton, Mom’s Cafe has become known for its welcoming atmosphere, generous portions, and classic comfort food. After more than a decade as a beloved Allen staple, we were excited to reopen our doors in July 2026 and welcome our community back to the table.
Our menu features more than 110 American and Mexican favorites, from fluffy pancakes, French toast, and eggs Benedict to burgers, sandwiches, fried catfish, black-eyed peas, collard greens, and so much more.
We renovated our space with one goal in mind: to make every guest feel like they’re sitting down for a meal at Grandma’s house. Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, or a comforting meal with family and friends, we’re happy to have you here.
